- Use of the website.
Anybody may make use of the public side of the website. The discussion forum is available, free of use, to users who provide a few basic details by means of a registration form. Use of the member’s side of the website is subject to payment of a membership fee. Continued use of the website will require payment of the renewal fee on or before the last day of the current membership period (usually 12 months).
- Members’ logon.
Members may not allow others to share their logon username and password, nor allow others to login in their name.
- Members’ details.
Users’ personal details will be stored in a database for the purposes of membership administration and, periodically, for providing an e-newsletter containing information that we feel would be of interest to them. Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If provided by members, details of their food allergies and sensitivities will also be recorded so that future recipes and information published on the website can be tailored to members’ needs. Peterson Vaughan Ltd will not sell or pass on members’ details to any 3rd party, unless this is necessary e.g. for a prize to be despatched direct from the competition's promoter.
- Accuracy of information.
Peterson Vaughan Ltd endeavours to ensure that the material published on this website is accurate and up-to-date, however, we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission. It is the user’s responsibility to check all information before relying upon it. Users are particularly advised to check all the ingredients used in our recipes to ensure that they are suitable for their particular dietary requirements, and to be aware that the contents of some products and ingredients may be changed by the producers without warning.
Use of information. Members and guests using the website may copy material for their own personal or family’s use, but copying, printing or transmitting information for any other use is not permitted.
Product and service endorsement. Information may be added to the website at the suggestion of its members e.g. recommended products or services, however, those products / services are not necessarily endorsed by Peterson Vaughan Ltd.
Advertisements. From time to time, organisations may advertise their products / services on the website. Peterson Vaughan Ltd accepts no responsibility for the quality of the products / services on offer from those organisations.
Links. This website provides links to organisations offering products / services that we believe will be of interest to our members / guests. Peterson Vaughan Ltd does not accept responsibility for the content of those sites, nor for the quality of the products / services on offer by those organisations.

You may not submit material that is unlawful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, nor upload any file or program that may hinder or cause damage to this website or any other computer or website connected to it. You may not submit any material belonging to another person without their express permission to do so. You may not use facilities of the discussion forum to sell any goods or services, this includes emailing, PM’ing or otherwise Spamming other members. - Competition Terms and Conditions
- Entry to the "Recipe of the Month" competition is open to residents of the UK over the age of 18 and is limited to one entry per person, per month. Multiple entries will not be accepted. Entry must be made on-line by completing the entry form provided before the published closing date. Entrants need not make the recipe in order to enter the competition. The winning entry / entries will be chosen at random from all the valid entries received. Competition prizes will be despatched within 28 days of the closing date for the competition.
